Design of the Unit Tests for the Time Module

Description
A set of unit tests should be designed for the Time Module. The unit tests should cover all the functionalities described in the architecture document for the Time Module.
The unit tests should be documented in the Lib:Torture_Chamber/Time_Module wiki page.
