When generating pictures with ditaa, please make sure to not use implicit shape separation (-E) nor shadows (-S).
So, for example:
$ ditaa -S -E [YOUR-OPTIONS] figure.txt
Don't forget to regenerate both png and eps image files after an update to a picture.
